Creating your Moon Dial
After tracking your first Moon Cycle, draw a large circle on a piece of paper.
~ If you have a menstrual cycle, divide the circumference into the number of days in your cycle, then join the divisions with lines to the center. Mark on the outside of the circle the calendar dates and on the inside of the circle the number of your cycle. Also mark in the different phases of the moon.
Go through the information in your journal for each day and write down your most salient details in note form next to the cycle day number. Feel free to group similar days together if you would like to simplify the Dial even more.

~ If you do not have a menstrual cycle, follow the same steps as above but without marking the hormonal cycle days.
